Don't waste your time, this place is a scam, scam scam!!!I ordered appliances a year ago and still have not received them all. The service from the beginning was really on point (hence why I call it a SCAM). Mark Holman was very informational and helpful. I am an interior designer but this project is my personal home and he said that Thermador could offer me a designer's personal home discount. I was so thankful at first...but then when it's time for us to need the appliances is where every fell apart. I called now that we are ready for the appliances. CRICKETS....no answer, no returned emails or calls. I literally had to drive down to the showroom to hunt them down for an answer! Then Mark says, oh we will try and "steal" (he actually used the word "steal") the appliances another project that may not be ready for install. Ok, made sense. I still call at least 2-3 times a week to check ETA. Mark gives me a number to Nancy who is in charge of scheduling and says she's trying to shuffle some things around to make it happen. A month+ later, Mark says good news, some appliances have arrived and they will be delivered next well. All except the fridge and Nancy is still working on it, so I call Nancy...and Nancy tells me she has no idea what I'm talking about and has not spoken to Mark about this AND there was no delivery on the calendar for us?!! Then finally they deliver some of the appliance and a tiny loaner fridge. It gets worse. Another month later, the fridge finally arrived. We got a call from our contractor asking us if we ordered an OPEN BOX item and missing parts. I finally got a hold of someone at the main office and they said it was a display unit from the SF office. Ok, so I waited almost a year for a fridge that is display model? Mark duped me into thinking my designer discount and instead gave me a display model instead. To the owner of this Company, I believe it's Tom, contact me and rectify this ASAP bc I'm going to write a complaint to the BBB.

New dishwasher installed in August.   Atherton Appliance installer claimed one of the two braces was missing (we suspect he broke it) and I called at least 5 times to get a replacement, each time it was like a new call and nobody ever got back to me.  It's December, no brace yet.Go elsewhere.
