I strongly advise against spending any money at this place due to their extremely poor service. The lady who handled my hair pulled it so harshly, starting from the hair wash. The blow-dry experience was painful, and I'm certain I'll have a headache soon from all the yanking and harsh tugging. I'm unsure if she was in a rush or having a bad day, but it was undoubtedly a painful experience for me. When she asked about the product I wanted in my hair (heat protectant), she barely sprayed anything and failed to partition my hair, neglecting proper application everywhere. Consequently, I'm leaving not only with pain but also with hair likely damaged from the heat.

I had a Keratin treatment done here for the first time & I am very impressed with the customer service received here!! It goes above and beyond the other local salons. The ambiance of the salon is also very warm and welcoming. Thank you!!
