Primrose Tailor and Cleaner

I brought in my wedding gown for dry cleaning weeks before the big day. Primrose did a good job in cleaning, but unfortunately, they lost all the buttons and ribbons inside the train that would have made up a french bustle. This was a huge mistake and very disappointing! I also was very disappointed that none of the staff apologized for not taking the proper care of the dress.

I took my expensive pea coat here to get altered. I was afraid to take it anywhere because its a very expensive jacket and I didnt want it ruined. Im so glad to have trusted this place to do my peacoat. They were able to alter the coat for me and it was ready within 4 days. Super happy with the results. Will definitely recommend this place. They were so efficient at tailoring a last minute outfit for a dance. Took it in at 5pm on a Thursday and needed it by the next afternoon. It had been completed! And complementary alterations with a garment purchase from another store. They did a fabulous job.
