Principal has been cleaning our building for over a year and in the last few months, I have given Victor owner of Principal and his cleaning crews many other buildings that he quickly was able to meet our needs and our high standards for cleanliness. We have gone through several cleaning companies and he is the best, very accommodating even in last minute requests, very reasonably priced for the outstanding cleaning services but most of all, very personable, respectful and honest.
