The store was on sale so that's probably why it wasn't that organized. But it is a nice chain

The customer service representatives were rude. We felt like we were reliving a bad episode of a high school drama. The women that were working there acted like they had a buddy system for customers and a policy of rudeness that involved upsetting customers to hit their glee club quota. When asked to be helped about a couple of items on hold, the worker there that put it on hold just looked at us and her co-worker and shook her head for several seconds. Then when we went in line, she yelled out, "Next person in line," with a terrible attitude. And then she said, "I'm so confused" with a negative tone and she said it loud enough so that we heard it but she looked away, all fussy about it. When we asked for her name, she refused to tell us what her name was. And the other worker there that rang us up had a grin on her face and refused to give her name as well, only to look away and look at the rude co-worker, "Like, what do you want me to do?" kind of look. We were being polite. Never rude. We don't expect customer service to kiss our butts ever. We have worked in customer service food and retail, so we know the system. I would kinda understand if the rudeness was warranted, but there was zero negative communication between them and us prior to the rudeness. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt - maybe she was having a bad day. But, she kept being rude to us. I would like for management to respond. I will not change my review of this location until I receive a response from a supervisor, manager, or owner. Otherwise, this review stands and makes sense given there are other customer reviews of workers being very rude at this Burbank Mall location. As a Burbank resident, I am appalled by this behavior. I haven't experienced this level of rudeness and lack of human decency in a long time, in any setting We will definitely never return to this location or even any Charlotte Russe store because it left a negative memory of our experience there.
