Rainbow International of Burbank

I called to ask for the company to schedule me into their rotation to give me an estimate to repair water damage in my house. I didn't get past the woman on the phone as I questioned the $250.00 fee to give me an estimate. She was very rude and said of course we have to charge for this. I have no idea of their work and am not paying total strangers to come to my house to solicit business for them. Lady hung up on me when I told her ServPro gives free estimates

I really liked Rainbow International Restoration because the had really nice and kind workers they did a very amazing job and they really do their work clean the employees were really kind when I was going through this tuff time and they said everything is going to be okay and it turned out the way they said the house looks very amazing thankyou to Rainbow International Restoration. This was my first time having to deal with water damage and i think i couldnt have picked a better company. Chris and Noella were so kind, patient and helpful with the entire process and i couldnt have thanked them enough!
