Everyone this place careful!!!!!! 3 days ago i drop my Tesla y Alinement service. They called me need to change two rear tires. I accept change new tire with alinement. Next day driving freeway same problem wheel balance not even. And today I drop my car 8:20am problem fix alignment. One of guy called me 9:50am your tire damaged side. (See picture with pressure history record ) Thats why your wheel unbalance. And I was go to 10:30am. He show me almost 3/8 crack cut tire side. He say cant patch this problem. He Need to change new tire. I just pick up my car go to Tesla dealer I explain to Tesla person I never problem before drop off car any tire pressure issues He just check my pressure record Start low air pressure history 8:49am Every 5-10min warning massage history. And I go back to this place explain him He dont know what happened but your problem driving I show him history pressure record after he Say Ill change new tire. And i requested check again wheel alignment. To night I driving free way good alignment now. Everyone please careful this place He is guy need make money cut the tire and didnt work alinement first time I think not only me. They made a lot fake work there customer. I just had an emergency tire repair need showed up unannounced without an appointment and met Harry who was very helpful and listened to what I needed and made the entire process of getting my tire repaired seamless quick. Great team great service great work. Thank you so much! Berge
