Henry was an absolute nightmare to deal with and ended up canceling my transport because he felt like I was questioning him. I did ask questions lol but I thought one could do that as a customer. I thought if they got my car to my destination safely, the customer service wouldnt matter, but it was beyond customer service. Henry was downright disrespectful.

Henry provided the best service. Real-time communication and delivered my vehicle to my front door on time (several hours early). Although they were a few hundred dollars more expensive compared to other bids, you get what you pay for and I will absolutely use them again. Thank you.

After another carrier (roadrunner avoid them at all costs) ghosted me for me car shipment Henry worked late making sure he could get my car picked up and shipped the next day. Super good communication and awesome service. 10/10 would recommend.

I give both Henry and the trucker Alex a perfect score. First time shipping a high dollar exotic car across the country. I called Henry Friday afternoon. (Yes they do take calls!) He worked late into Friday night to get me a driver with the right insurance and trailer. Car got picked up Saturday afternoon and arrived here in CA Thursday morning in perfect condition. Couldnt ask for a better transaction!
