I own two buildings that Perch Properties has been managing for over two years, and I am very satisfied with there services. The staff and the owner, Janaka have a tremendous amount of knowledge about leasing/renting and maintaining my properties. Customer Service is really great!! I highly recommend Perch Properties!!

Janaka manages our properties to our fullest content. From day-to-day tenant complaints to the entire process when our tenants moved out. He handles everything so we had no worries. We don't have hesitations to recommend Janaka to anyone who needs a property manager.

I want his many people to know about perch properties. Janaka help me in so many ways. Before my ADU was even built, Janaka came out several times, and gave me ideas on what tenants like, and dislike. Then Janaka listed my ADU for lease and had Nirash and Jay show my property and were very professional. They communicated with me and they found a potential tenant right away, if you're looking to sell or lease a property or have the manager property go no further call Perch Properties. I have reached out to this company several times via email and call and no one has responded to my call or email. Very bad business. Funny how long it took for you guys to respond it took me to write a review to get a response. Dont come at me Im no where near a scammer .
