The best real estate agent you could possibly have working with you if youre buying or selling a home. Robin is a hard worker and made sure we were happy with the home were going to buy. He was thorough and was able to build good relationships with the listing agents. My fianc and I were looking to buy a place in the 626 area which I thought was a long shot but he was able to find us a place in Baldwin Park, CA and got a great deal on our interest rate. Ive been recommending Robin Aimaq - Realtor to all of my friends and coworkers who would want to buy/sell a home.

I chose Robin, at the recommendation of my Brother. Robin, was very helpful in guiding me through the sale, from listing the property to the open house and through the closing of escrow. Overall Robin did a good job with the sale of my parents home. His real estate knowledge got our family a higher than asking price which was great considering the current economic environment namely, high interest rates for home buyers. Robin is a motivated Realtor who is a true professional, and displayed a high level of ethics and a can do attitude. Robin always asked if I needed help with anything, and his offers are genuine. Robin has gone above and beyond throughout our entire home buying process. I was referred to Robin through a great friend of mine who couldnt stop talking how great of a job he did for her own homebuying process. Just to give a little background, my wife and I are first time homebuyers. We both had no idea what we were getting into and the whole process from the beginning was quite nerve racking. I had a couple of referrals for other agents, however I decided to exclusively work with Robin for his excellent service. Robin always made time to answer my questions no matter what day or time of day it was. He even invited me to his own residence on a weekend to submit an offer to what eventually became our first home! In addition, the fact that this was my familys first time looking to buy, meant there were going to be many redundant questions and thorough walk throughs for everything. Despite that Robin never pushed us into anything and was so patient with explaining everything in detail. He even went out of his way to communicate with lenders so that I wouldnt feel too bombarded. I noticed that Robin is such a people person. He will build personal rapport with sellers and other agents to help you win over your dream property! Finally, even after we purchased our first home, Robin was persistent in following up to see how we were doing. He was always more than willing to provide help with everything and anything we needed. Even though this relationship began as an agent to client business, I feel as though we have just become good friends. I would recommend Robin in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking to buy/sell a property. Our experience with Robin as our real estate agent was nothing short of exceptional. We were fortunate enough to meet Robin at an open house, and to have him be our real estate agent to buy a new home contingent on selling our townhome. Robin's professionalism immediately set the tone for a smooth and informed experience. His ability to explain every step, coupled with consistent follow-ups, provided us with a sense of confidence. Despite having spoken to other agents, Robin stood out as the clear choice due to his comprehensive knowledge and care.
