Barry promised to fix few things during the house purchasing transaction and did not delivery before deadline. It could be a super smooth and easy transaction if he just kept his words.

Barry has been our family's realtor for many years, handling more than a half-dozen transactions (some buying and some selling).   His professionalism, industry knowledge, dedication to his client, and impeccable ethical practices has earned him not only our exclusive realtor status, but our love and admiration as an extended family member.  I cannot imagine having anyone else handle for us such an important financial event as a home sale or purchase.  We have worked with Keith Anderson of his staff on a couple of recent transactions, and he has earned our trust and admiration as well.  I could not give Barry and his team any higher of a recommendation.

I lived in one of Barry's apartments for about two years, and it was a great experience. The place was huge, but the rent was on the lower side for Burbank. Anytime I had a problem he was quick to respond, and when my boyfriend eventually moved in he was really accommodating to our needs in a new lease.What I've found from Barry is if you talk to him, he seems to always want to find the best solution for your problem and is very reasonable (eg - the only charge on my deposit when I moved out was the cleaning fee, and that was because I told him I'd rather just have his usual cleaners take care of it and get it up to move-in standards).

An apartment I was interested in went through Burnett realty to rent on behalf of the owners. We sent over all of our information and they dropped us due to communication issues with our previous landlord. They wouldn't even run our applications nor our credit checks after paying cash to do so. Because our landlord was no longer manager at our previous address they refused to contact our NEW manager for verification and proceeded to deny our application for their apartment. I would strongly suggest not using this company if you are searching for apartments. They are unreliable and do not respond to emails consistently. There were multiple times I never received a reply concerning application issues and was even lied to on the phone about them reaching out to the owners. Although I had extremely high expectations for Burnett Realty I was completely let down and it saddens me to have to say how poor of an experience I had.
