We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service we received from start to finish. From our initial call with reception to schedule an appointment, to our arrival, check-in process, and throughout our entire visit, everyone was incredibly helpful. Roxanne and Andrew stood out for their knowledge and remarkable assistance. Roxanne's attentive listening skills, comprehensive explanations of procedures and options, and willingness to address all our questions left us thoroughly satisfied. Andrew was equally fantastic, making the process enjoyable and efficiently scheduling our next visit. Without a doubt, this was one of the most outstanding experiences we've ever had. We highly recommend their services!

My experience was top notch! Super easy to book, easy parking, and one stop shop including a CT Scan on site! I deeply appreciated the staff being able to text and email with me as I am usually in meetings all day and playing phone tag with providers that haven't stepped into the modern age is vexing. Scheduling, paperwork, everything really was smooth and easy. I felt the super friendly staff actually respected my time and i'm excited to have an ENT partner I can rely on in Burbank.

While this office was all shiny and new the issue I wanted addressed was never addressed. I NEVER EVEN SAW THE DOCTOR at all!! When I asked about seeing him the tech looked at me like I was crazy to ask? Im still having pain in my ear and will seek another doctor.
They tried to strong arm me into a procedure about something completely unrelated, asking me to sign consent forms multiple times! WTH??? I said CLEARLY I would consider a procedure but was asked yet again to sign forms.?!
Ugh. This place feels like a scam wanting to sell procedures. So sad.

Dr. Hershkovitch and his team are absolutely amazing! Ive been seeing them regularly since the practice opened for aesthetic injections and have sent multiple people his way as well. The team is top- notch and Doctor has excellent bedside manner, takes the time to talk through each procedure and is extremely detail- oriented. I only trust him with my face!

BEWARE: THIS OFFICE IS A TOTAL SCAM. I went in with seasonal allergies. I could barely breathe. I had called and they told me this practice offers allergy shots.
Turns out that all they are trying to sell you is a $12,000 sinus surgery, which ("if you commit that day") you can get for a mere $6800.
My friend's son was suffering from allergies too. Her son went in to see a doctor and they too wanted to do the same surgery. She spoke to her friend who also had a son with the same issue. Unfortunately he had the surgery and was in agonizing pain for two weeks.
Dr. Hershcovitch told me that the recovery was nothing longer than a weekend. And by the way, I had to insist on seeing the doctor. Originally they sent it a physicians assistant, who was more of a sales person who barely wanted to talk to me and was pressuring me to get signed up for surgery.
I work in the medical field, so I'm a bit more aware medical practices than others. I know that not all doctors truly care about their patients and that many put the almighty dollar ahead of their patients best interest. Dr. Hershcovitch is definitely one of those.
This borders on malpractice as far as I'm concerned.
