I almost gave up looking for a home, because I felt like my expectations were unreachable. Then I came across Byanca. I was drawn to her because she never pressured me and she was extremely patient listening to my wants versus needs and what I won't compromise on. She made the whole process stress-free. I was hesitant because of the interest rates and she broke down everything for me so I wouldnt be blindsided. I'm actually excited to start this journey and so blessed I chose the right realtor. Byanka is the best! We met a while ago and werent aware she was a realtor at the time. In a future conversation we told her we were looking to do some things with our three story house including the garage and thats when we found out she was a realtor and she offered to come by and look at the house with us.
We told her we werent looking to sell right now and she said she understood but would like to see the house and possibly help us, so we made an appointment.
One of the immediate things we were looking for was the possibility of installing an elevator as we have friends that have a tough time walking up 20+ stairs to the front door. We had already talked with someone and that person said hed try to find someone to check it out but never got back to us with a yes or no.
Byanka looked at our house and about two weeks later told us she thought she found someone. The man came over, we had a 3-4 hour conversation of if and where and when and yes, we are going to have one installed!
If it wasnt for Byanka we wouldnt have found this company. She couldnt have been more helpful in working with us in creating success!
Byanka has a great personality, asks the right questions and does the needed background work to create success. We will recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell a house going forward and when were ready, will call her!
