        The reason why I only gave it 1 star is due to the poor customer service I have received several times I been here. There is an older guy who is very rude and has no good customer service skills. Although I was very happy when Randys Donuts opened in Burbank and have been going since day one, I will no longer be a customer at this particular location, thanks to the poor attitude this man has to offer. At least for myself I love a place with great customer service where as a customer I feel valued and welcomed.
