Rob and Yamel are the best. They go above and beyond for their clients. When I first talked to Rob he told me he has never had a client regret a purchase they have made through him, I completely believe that. We had a very difficult purchase process that they handled with professionalism. I do not believe this purchase would have went through without them handling it. I highly recommend using them for your sale or purchase.

One day Rob stopped by our house to introduce himself and to ask if we had thought about selling. At the time, we were not ready to sell but we kept in touch with him and became friends. When we decided to sell, we of course chose Rob and Yamel They were great at explaining each step of the process. They made the entire experience easy and stress free We felt confident with their advice on making decisions. They were honest and upfront with us. Communication was great. At the end of the sale, we were confident that Rob and Yamel had our best interests in mind. We highly recommend them.

We worked with Rob and Yamel to both buy and sell a house, and couldn't be happier with the experience. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for us was above anything we could have ever hoped for. We were looking for a house in a very specific neighborhood and with very specific needs for our family. Houses in this neighborhood came on the market infrequently and often had many offers. Rob and Yamel were very patient and supportive with us as we waited for the perfect house, and they were constantly looking for places on our behalf, including looking for leads on houses before they even came on the market. We found that viewing houses with them was extremely helpful because of their experience, and they often pointed out things about the house that we wouldn't have noticed on our own. When the perfect house came on the market they were able to get our offer accepted with their creative negotiation and diligent communication with the seller's agent. They walked us through each step afterwards and made sure the entire escrow experience was very smooth and easy for us. We then had to sell our prior house and were incredibly impressed by how efficient, organized, and comprehensive they were. During the listing process, they connected us with contractors who were able to rapidly complete repairs to have our house in the best possible condition for sale. Once listed, they got us into escrow within the first week and sold the house for far more than we could've ever imagined! Their experience and professionalism was evident throughout the entire process and we could not have been happier with our choice to work with them. We are so grateful to them and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!
