Easiest lab work experience I've ever had. I used the automated phone system to schedule my appt. I was going to do it on the website but didn't see an option to schedule a doctor ordered test. That's fine, the phone system was just as easy to use. I had to reschedule several times due to a constantly changing work schedule. Rescheduling was easy. Arrived 15 minutes early to allow time to find street parking (on Olive) and walk over. Got to the office 5 minutes before my appt, checked in, and was done 6 minutes later. I wish everything in life was this easy.

I came in during a rush without an appointment so the wait was 165min (which is totally fine cause they were busy and I didnt have an appointment) and decided to wait outside to be texted once it was my turn. I got the text about an hour early and came in. The waiting room was completely empty. I checked in again just in case they already called me. Someone came in after me checked in and got seen immediately which is fine they probably had an appointment. So the other person came out and I ended up waiting another 20min while the waiting room was empty. I decided to try and ask how much longer so I knocked on the door and the woman up front purposely ignored me while I knocked 5 times saying excuse me. Then all she said was Im on the phone and continued to ignore me. I understand but could you at least let one of your 2 other coworkers come talk to me to see how much longer? So I checked in a 3rd time this time saying I was outside so I could get a text. I was seen in 5min. The phlebotomist Juan was wonderful and had a great attitude. Thats the only reason I gave two instead of one stars. Im a pretty understanding and patient person but if someone is intentionally being rude and unpleasant it kind of gives bad vibes.
