Can't be happier that I found this place. The staff and doctors are extremely helpful and caring. They take their time to explain our options and make sure we get the best medical care available. Can't recommend them enough!

Terrible customer service considering its a place ppl go to, to seek help from a DOCTOR. Receptionist are terrible they will move your appointments around without any notice. No one knows anything here even with an appointment you will wait for hours before you are seen.

Terrible unhelpful receptions all of them, and the one that did try to help set my appointment on a day they were closed just so I can leave them alone. Ive been trying to see a dr since November its almost February theyve moved my appointment days without any notice and when I did get a confirmed day time and location I was told I put for a different location. The receptionist play around with the patients how is there 7 receptionist and none of them can do their job right? Its unfortunate

THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL!!! They don't care about the health of their patients. The attitude is boorish. Managers are rude on the phone and hang up. When meeting in person, they try to get rid of the patient as quickly as possible. Test results are lost. I took liver tests three times and each time they scheduled a consultation after a month and a half, when these tests were already old and not informative. There is never room to see a doctor, it is IMPOSSIBLE to make an appointment!!! I order a call from a doctor on a certain date, but no one calls back. My eardrum burst at night, bleeding from my ear, pain. I thought I was going to die it was so bad!!! I called them and got no help. The next doctor's appointment was again in a month! And this is in an urgent state!!! I also found out that my doctor is working illegally under someone elses license and I will never return to this sharashka office again!!!
