Raymond was great from the minute we walked into the store. I already was not feeling well and a bit discouraged from other locations we had seen. Raymond had no idea and he immediately heard and listened to us and made us feel safe and comfortable. It felt as if we were talking to a friend. He was knowledgeable, kind and extremely funny. He immediately showed us around. My goal was to buy new bedroom furniture and a mattress and pillows. He gave us some options and really let me take the time to figure out what I wanted. For someone as indecisive as I am, he was extremely patient. There was no pressure or stress coming from him, in comparison to other salespeople. He ofcourse did his job in offering other items that I originally was not looking for, but it was stuff I didnt think I needed and I loved. Raymond even helped with making a cart and gave me a few days to think about it. He did let me know waiting longer could delay the process or even have items sell out, however he allowed me to take the time to think everything through. When we returned a few days later he was great about talking some things over and making the final purchase. In addition to Raymond, Quez the manager was also very helpful and kind. Greeted us with a smile and thanked us. Overall I will be returning to Bobs in the future.
