Our experience with BFS was using their mental health counseling services through the school district. We found them to be attentive, responsive, and extremely helpful during a very difficult time. Have nothing but positive feedback for them...from the front staff, to the supervisor, to our counselor. Our daughter benefited immensely from this experience. I was SO happy that this resource existed, at a time when we really needed it. Thank you SO MUCH.

I can not explain how grateful I am for this place. They got me though the toughest times in my life. The people there genuinely care and they go out of their way to help anyone they can.

Horrible service. I was guaranteed housing by them a year ago. I'm always calling but Kristina is never there so I tell the receptionist my message and Kristina still never gets back to me. Then the one time I called and she was there, I asked when I can move in she says 6 months. It's been over 6 months. I even tried to do a walk-in but told "we don't do walk-ins. You can leave a message." I still never had a call back and they don't answer their emails. I'm a former Foster youth and they shouldn't be so condescending. If you are never going to house me, say it. That way I can move on and stop waiting on you.

The front desk staff is always awesome and friendly, the facility is beautiful, the usual staff knows what they are doing, but the unlicensed "therapists" are kind and friendly, but unskilled in the field they're learning. Been here several times for various reasons over the years, but it has largely been unhelpful and a waste of time and money.

I am so impressed with the care at FSA. Highly trained therapists respond to clients with kindness and professionalism and offer services in so many different areas. Burbank is lucky to have a counseling center that tends to the needs of so many.
