Took five pairs of slacks that needed to be tailored. Upfront they guaranteed all the good work, no dimples when resized, etc. Three days later I get a call with confusing details which explained confusion on their behalf. 2 1/2 weeks went by. No call or notice if they were done. so I showed up to claim my slacks and they were there. They only did four of the five pants due to their confusion. They were then trying to charge me the full amount while expressing that they would give me credit for the fifth pan when I would return with more items. really weird. I stood my ground as I have moved from cities. When I got home, I tried them on, and all my pants were still the same size though you do notice that they have been stitched. The craftsmanship was low quality as you see dimples all around the pants. Their direction was to make the pants 30 inch length and they all read 32 inches plus or minus. I am currently trying to get my money back since I cant trust this place with my pants anymore. First and last time I go there.

Everytime I bring my shirts home they're missing buttons, then they charge me for sewing new ones on, today I discovered my shirt button ripped out of my favorite shirt and she says they're gonna patch it up. They ruined my shirt!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Very unprofessional dry cleaners. They promised to have my clothing ready and when I showed up they said its not ready and when I asked for my clothing back so I can take it somewhere else because I had a wedding the next day they said my clothing was in Northridge! Why the hell is it in Northridge?!? When I asked to have them call and bring it back they said that no one is picking up the phones LOL. I had to go get a new suit because of them and I have no idea if theyll ever find my stuff. Do your self a favor do not go here or else next time you go you may be in for a bit of a surprise.
