Made an appointment a month ago. I speak Russian and asked for a Russian-speaking specialist. They helped me and made an appointment. The appointment was scheduled for April 19 at 1 p.m. It's a work day and we had to take the day off from work. On the 18th, a representative of the clinic calls and says something in English. I tell her that I dont understand you, because I speak Russian and I ask her if there is a Russian-speaking employee, she says no. Therefore, I did not understand her, she said everything is ok. I half thought she reminded us of tomorrow's appointment. As a result, we arrive on the 19th and they tell us, sorry, you were booked on the 18th, at 12:30. We were not accepted, they offered us the next day, but this is not a suitable option, because we are working and we need to lose a working day again. Due to unskilled employees, we have lost our working day and the opportunity to check our health.
