UCLA Health MPTF Toluca Lake Primary Care

Dr. Jasmin Awadeh has been incredible for my teenage athlete. Attentive, thorough and kind. Weve only had great care and experiences at UCLA Toluca lake and the larger UCLA health org. I hope they add more pediatricians at that location.

They are great, efficient and helpful. The only problem is few doctors have any interest in alternative medicine approaches. And for some reason, you can't talk with them about multiple issues at an appt - 3 max.

Once again this is my second time going in a month. I have a UCLA and hes useless and does nothing for me. I love love love these Doctors. They helped me with my arm pain and than today helped me with the sick pain I got a cold with my daughters and we were not recovering at all. So very sick and the Doctor came in and listened to how sick we were. He was so sweet and nice. Just made us laugh when our throat hurt and gave us the right medication to help us recover. Whats with all the negative comments. Stop! We need these Doctors at this location to open up a place of their own. I mean yes the outside is a little dirty but can you just pick it and throw it away. Grow up people its LA its dirty everywhere. This place is great. The Nurses are are so sweet and they greet you with love and they actually care. Once all of you get a Doctor that doesnt care than you will finally appreciate this place. We appreciate the Doctors and Nurses here. Only bad comment is not open on Sunday. Yesterday I ugly cried because they were closed.

By far the dirtiest and most run down doctors office I have ever seen. Both elevators look to have been out of service for a long time, leaving only stairs to exit the parking garage so just be aware if you have a disability or go here for related treatment. The entire place was filthy. Do they even have a janitor team here? Hair and what looked like dried spit on the floor inside the doctors office, marked up walls, stained floors.its clear they dont care. If they cant even keep the public facing stuff clean, I cant imagine what happens behind closed doors.
