Air Dental

The worst. I made an appointment with them 1 month ago. Came in to my appointment today and they told me they don't accept my insurance. Why they couldn't tell me this way before? Front desk is incompetent. Never going back after coming here for 5 years. They suck. I advise you to go elsewhere.

The dentist was in a rush and did not take the time to truly assess my issue. I felt as if I wasnt being taken seriously! I am originally from MD and have experienced great health care all my life until going to Air Dental! I thankfully have found a new dentist but I would not recommend!

I visited here for filling treatments and teeth cleaning and they provided the best service ever!! Very professional and all staffs and doctors were extremely nice!

I let them know about sensitivity I was having in a tooth. the Dr acted like I was making my own discomfort up and put an unnecessary filling on the completely wrong tooth. I expressed concern with my front teeth getting crooked and asked if it was possibly due to my wisdom teeth. The Dr told me no and that my right wisdom tooth wouldnt affect a tooth all the way in the center of my mouth. And that sometimes teeth just get crooked as a result of aging. (Im 28 and have had perfectly straight teeth my whole life) They were just lazy. I went to a real dentist and without me having to say anything they informed me that my two right wisdom teeth were impacted causing crowding hence the crooked tooth in the center of my mouth. I was referred to an oral surgeon who confirmed and have since gotten the two wisdom teeth removed. I am so much more relieved and comfortable now.. no thanks to Air Dental. Air dental rushes through appointments, does not listen to patient concerns, will make the patient feel like they are crazy all because they do not feel like doing the work. Within seconds of leaving one of my appointments, the entire staff including the doctor i just saw was out the door and heading home. They do not care about your well-being at all. Save yourself the trip and go to a real dentist.
