We have leased a few Canon copiers/printers from Perfect Copy Products and are extremely pleased with the products and customer service from this company! To sum things up: Kind and professional people, reliable equipment, and great service. They are the best in the area! Highly recommend!

A great company with very nice people running it. I rented a Canon Imagerunner for about two years from Perfect Copy Products - they were always great about keeping it maintained and helping me learn how to use it most effectively. Not only did Perfect Copy Products deliver, but they went above and beyond. The set up was easy and fast, the service all along the way was excellent. Their techs were always prompt to help out with anything that needed explaining / further setting up. They will be my go to from here on in!

I work at a busy Physical Therapy practice that has grown immensely within the past 6 years of opening. As our office has grown, so has our printing and copying needs. We needed reliable, high-quality equipment to keep up with our daily workflow and we were so happy to have found Perfect Copy Products. We upgraded our original desktop printer and leased our very first compact Canon Printer/scanner combo with this company and we were extremely pleased! There were so many options to choose from! Ceci and her team recommended the best product that fit within our budget and needs! The transaction was seamless and so easy! Shortly after placing the order, the friendly techs delivered it to our office, installed the copier, connected it to all our computers, and walked us through the basics! Anytime we needed any troubleshooting, no matter how large or small, Perfect Copy Products was only a phone call away and addressed our issues quickly! If they couldn’t fix the issue over the phone, they would come into our office to ensure things would work properly for us! We were so happy with the services we received from Perfect Copy Products that we decided to lease another (and much larger) canon copier to keep up with our increasing amount of printing and scanning. And wow! My boss literally said “this is the best investment that we have ever made”. Who knew that something as simple as upgrading our copier can increase productivity and lower employee stress levels! We have had no issues so far, but I know that If we ever do, they are always there for us! I’m so impressed with the kindness. professionalism, patience (with me haha), responsiveness, and quality from Perfect Copy Products and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for Canon office solutions and repairs!
