The black haired dead inside girl was a massively rude and didnt tell me that the clothing I bought was not refundable after I explicitly asked her in front of another employee if I can return them fully since I didnt have time to try them on. I think her name is Farrah or Anna..

        Came here to exchange a gift I got and wasn't able to because I didn't have a "gift receipt" which I never got in the first place so, useless. They have minimal clothing options for men anyway. Go to a different store...

        I was extremely weirded out by employee asking me if I was going to pay for a scarf I was carrying after I made a return. The funny thing is that the scarf was an Alexander Mc Queen scarf that was MINE and definitely not an Urban Outfitters item. I felt insulted but opted in just responding that it was my scarf but I am actually REALLY disturbed that this happened to me at this store.
