Absolutely incredible customer service. James was very communicative every step of the way, putting my mind at rest. He showed me what he was doing on my car and explained in detail what the process was. I learned a lot about my car. I have a mini countryman 2013 and after it broke down for the second time this time I took it to EM POWER. And so happy i took it there. I was told when it first broke down I would need to replace my head gasket. So for the second time it broke down James told me this wasnt the case. James replaced my turbo which was where a massive oil leak was coming from. I will be back for sure for any maintenance and all the work is warranted. Thank you James

I called to ask about BMW service, I asked the man on the phone for his first name and he did not give it then he asked me about the vehicle, I said "can I at least know who I am speaking with?" Then he said, "what kind of car you have? Bentley, Rolls Royce, Bugatti" it was very unprofessional. They have loads of reviews apparently people like them so perhaps this guy is not the usual person helping customers but his phone manners stink. I did not use the company as a result despite living just down the street.

Bought my Mitsubishi Lancer 2015 here and spoke with Jose, he was straightforward and very honest about his sales, also gave me some very helpful advices I should do on improving my credit score as a 21 year old. One of the few honest salesman out there too, no hidden fees and very straightforward.
