        One star is specifically for the bike shop, the store itself is quite nice. The bike shop employees were nice but they don't know that much about bikes, I bought a brand new cannondale from them and the free wheel was sticking on day 1, I took it back and the guy told me the use cheaper parts on their midrange bikes, this one was around $1200?? not th emost expensive bike in the world but plenty enough to have a proper functioning freewheel. anyway I got it fixed at a much better bike shop in Studio City and it was way way over greased on assembly, probably at REI. Don't get a bike here

        As busy as they are on weekends the staff still makes sure to be attentive to multiple customers in the shoe section. Great products and better service!
