        they increased the family plan for the 2nd time without telling us about it when we went to the store we were given one price and now the bill increased two times that's not right for them to raise the price of the family plan 2 times .

        This place is worse than Post Office and DMV. No sign to follow, nobody greets customer comming into the store so you get lost for several minutes. When you finally be able to talk to someone, he/ she asks you if you've been checked in, and point out to whom had been sitting by himself in the middle of the store for the whole this time to check-in. Then you just bumped into one of the DMV/ Post Office clerk.
