James and the Levelworks crew were very professional, fast and efficient at installing vinyl flooring at my home. James answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about making such a big decision. He didnt make me feel pressured and ensured I was happy with the job and earned my trust and business. I had to remodel my house for my growing family. I was lucky to find these guys because theyre professionals! After talking to Tom he start pitching me ideas immediately. I had a pleasure working with him since he did his best to accommodate all my requests with high quality products, under my budget constraints. You just cant beat their price and value combination! We recently worked with Levelworks construction on a small project at my sister's new home. We reached out on a Friday afternoon and within an hour Tom had contacted us and scheduled an appointment to come take a look and give us a quote. He was on time, professional and very helpful. Tom asked us questions, listened to what we wanted and needed and gave us several options and a few suggestions based on our conversation, never feeling pressured or up-sold. Tom and his team completed the work as promised, on time, without any delays. They were professional, courteous and even returned to fix something that we asked them to. Levelworks is professional, reasonably priced and most importantly, they did what they promised and the price did not change! I highly recommend Tom and the team at Levelworks and look forward to working with them in the future.
