The people were not friendly nor helpful, people who lives there were racing in the garage, and people just left their garbage beside the door of the dumpster room, dont even bother to throw their garbage into the dumpster, not a clean place

Perhaps the most upscale apts in Burbank. Convenient location, friendly staff, flexible rental/leasing terms. Scheduling a tour is recommended.

I'm sorry for what happened to myself after moving out here. Please avoid scams from the property manager's "promises". After I moved in, Mana has been begging to write a 5 star review and I did. After seeing the advertisement in the elevator, which says bring your friends and get $500 credit, I brought not one, but two families to this apartment complex. When I asked about my credit, I was told it would be applied to my account when I moved out. I never thought it could be a scam from the beginning. While, at first, they emailed me for a few hundred dollars of repairs, I mentioned the credits I have over there. Mana said she had to get approval from Calvin, who is her boss. Then I received the email from another employee and asked for payment. I replied and explained that I was waiting for a manager's approval to clear my balance. I even explained that I "overpaid" because of my referrals. I offered to return and meet Calvin if needed becausemy friends were still livingthere, but I was told there was no need to do so. No communications after two years ever since, and I thought that they took my credit and closed the account. But today, I got a call from a collection agency to collect $1082 which includes fees!! How could this happen? I will never refer anyone anymore, and whoever has not moved out yet, watch out!
