Came to visit one of the units that was supposed to be at $1100 for a one bedroom because thats what it showed online and then they try to get me with 20500 2300 way over market value and rental value. Total scam completely disappointed terrible customer service if I could give these people zero stars, they deserve zero stars this company is ridiculous, dont ever come to this company.

hazardous conditions. visited my friend and the ceiling at the front entrance had collapsed. huge hole. never saw something as this in Burbank housing before. another time we ended up going to my house to swim because the pool is so cold and in unswimmable conditions even on the hottest summer days. sauna doesnt work

Since changing landlords, maintenance times have improved immensely. The best part about the change is that the new landlord is very communicative. A lot of people in this building have been here a very long time (including myself). There is a reason we've stayed here for so long!

Building management has changed and you are treated like a child when you live here with constant reprimanding notes left on your door. Theyve taken away tenant parking spaces for over three months due to construction and yet no one shows up and no work has been done. They even took away everyones doormat because it wasnt uniform. I recommend you look elsewhere.

I like the apartment, but maintenance takes forever to respond! They only have one maintenance person and he has to take care of multiple buildings, so it could take a week to fix your maintenance issue! My shower has been leaking and spilling everywhere for days and there is no rush to fix it!
