        The original management was wonderful and responsive, but the new management is anything but. Would not recommend renting here.

        I am so in love with my new apartment. It's been a month since I moved in. Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to the manager Chris who has been in touch with me on every issue and has been with me all the way through the process of moving into my new home. I had a lot of questions and nerves at the time but he was always very polite and professional. I feel very safe and comfortable here now. The location is very convenient.The neighborhood and the building is clean and quiet. All the staff is very friendly and always willing to help you. The views of the hills on all sides are amazing. I have moved often and I can say that this is by far the most successful move I have made.

        We had an appointment for 3 PM on February 4. We showed up at 2:50 PM to make sure we were on time and not be rude to whoever was showing us the unit. There was a sign stating they wouldnt be back until 3:30 because apparently they were already showing someone else a unit. We waited until then, (40 minutes after we showed up) kept calling and nobody was there to let us in or answered our phone calls, so we left. Its an hour later and we still have yet to hear anything from this place. incredibly unprofessional.

        I left my unit in perfect condition, they didnt return my security deposit and havent returned any of my 5+ calls regarding the matter. Id advise staying far away.
