        I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. I came to just accompany my friend and ended up signing up. I've been going there since last May (2015) and I've lost 50 lbs and I'm still losing. I feel great. No side effects, except for feeling very thirsty but that's a good one to have makes me keep hydrated. I still have some more to lose and I'm definitely confident that I will reach my goal. The whole team of staff members are awesome, they make sure you stay motivated and keep on track. They take their time to talk to you see how you're doing and make sure you are doing what you're supposed to, informing you of what else to do to continue in the road of success. I love Optimal weight Control!!
