I highly recommend this location. I've taken my car and also my daughters SUV. I have always received excellent customer service from the entire staff. I want to thank Matt for the legendary service and resolving the issue with my daughters tire in an expedite manner. I really appreciate you Matt thank you..

There is no manager on duty so they pretty much makeup the prices/services. We went here before for an oil change and tire rotation. When we went, they said the tires were all good. We came back a couple of months later because our tires was still losing air. We told them to give us a call before they do any work. They didnt call us and told us they patched 2 nails. We dont know for sure if they did because we didnt ask for the nails but its supposed to be $32.88 for ONE TIRE up to 3 patches per tire(Bellflower Just Tires Confirmed). They charged us 2 patches on a single tire. Matt told us that its $32.88 per patch so the total would have been $65.76. Matt told us to slide him $50 for a discount. BIG MISTAKE. On the invoice it was $32.88, it didnt reflect the $50.00. After calling Bellflower Just Tires, they informed us of the price and we went back to get our change. When we asked for it, Matt said I can give it back. Im not tripping. And he pulled it out of his back pocket.

I took my wifes car in for a flat repair one hour before closing time on a Sunday afternoon. Even though the service dept was booked with work and full for the day, the rep that I spoke to (Kanyen) went above and beyond to fix the flat before closing time. The technician was highly professional, he showed me that there was some rust and corrosion on the chrome rim, made sure to fill the tire to the factory air pressure specs by looking at the manufacturer's label on the door jamb, and then finished the job by using a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts properly. Most dealership service depts are not as thorough and take this kind of care when removing and reinstalling a wheel. The waiting room was clean and offered complimentary beverages. Again, that's something you don't usually see at a tire store. My expectations we exceeded. I will return to this Just Tires location when I need to buy new tires. Highly recommended, Kanyen you ROCK!
