Personal is friendly in the front but not the person that did my mri and didn't go well. They don't give you earplugs, it was a brain mri and all those noises were driving me crazy, they had the ac full blast cold around 10 minutes after the procedure started, the whole thing took almos an hour, my hands were numb, i couldn't even press the bottom for help. Really bad experience

All of the staff here are really unfriendly and rude. I waited for more than 2 hours, but they said it would take longer and I had to pick up the child. Then they told me to go or do whatever I wanted, and I felt bad all day because of the really unfriendly staff.

I went with my 5 year old son. They said that the X-rays do not require an appointment. I waited for more than 2 hours after saying that there was one person in front of me..... i do understand why it has alot of negetive feedbacks...!

I had a pleasant experience (@7:15am) here. The front desk rep and MRI technologist were both nice and courteous to me. The place was airy and clean as well. I definitely prefer this location than the Anaheim one!
