Highly unprofessional behavior, which is quite ironic given the word "professional" is part of the company's name. My experience applying for a position involved being misdirected and receiving conflicting information from a very discourteous male assistant. After a week of unreturned emails and being unable to contact a supervisor or manager, I finally got through, only to encounter a manager who was equally impolite, quickly becoming dismissive and ending the call abruptly. This experience has left me wondering about their customer service quality. Additionally, I was misled about the manager's availability, being told she was out of the office and that a message couldn't be left for her, only for her to call me shortly after, likely from the office, indicating my time had been unnecessarily wasted for two weeks. As an immigration service provider, their approach felt particularly unwelcoming towards people of color, hinting at microaggressions. I would suggest seeking immigration documentation services elsewhere, like immigration doc services.
