        This hotel presents well. Its clean, nice, rooms are spacious, check in was fine etc. Location is great, and has good amenities.

      • EverytimeIwalk,Ihearacreakingsound,andIlosesleepbecauseofthefootstepsfromtheupstairs.Icaneventellwhichdirectiontheyarewalkingin.Unlessit"sthetopfloor,itwouldbetheworstchoice.Thesoundproofingisterrible,andIcanevenhearconversationsfromthenextroom.Thebreakfastisalsoinferior,anditlackscare.Istayedforthreedays,andeventhoughIdidn"trequestit,theydidn"tcleantheroomwhenIleftandcameback.Theysaythey"lldoitifasked,butifthat"sthecase,doIhavetoleaveagainwhiletheyclean?

        Drove hours and hours and then traffic in LA to finally check in at 3:30 pm to be told to wait since rooms are not ready. There were a lot of us waiting for our rooms. Unacceptable! We want to arrive after a long travel day to check in the hotel room to start relaxing and not to wait for the room. Very poor leadership at the place.
