        I love that we have such a kind, knowledgeable, friendly place to go for medical care in the valley! The staff is always so wonderful! It's so easy and convenient. I feel supported in anything my family is going through. The facility is very clean. After hours booking an appointment for the next day is so convenient.

        Update: Guess I just caught them on a bad day. Had someone call about the mediocre review I left previously and try to understand what happened. Gotta love the positive customer service. Came back and was seen right away. Old review: Used to be nice and quick. Now you have to make an appt the night before (after 8pm for the following day only) to be seen. Got here at 8:30 and was the only one here. Now its 9:33 and still no one. Three nurses assistants just sitting at the desk. Seems like they need to triage patients better.

        I think the office staff is welcoming, efficient,caring and focused The hospital needs to provide more tools like X-Ray machines on a daily basis so it makes it easier and more efficient for the PA's, NP 's and nurses I went for an X-Ray and they neither had the staff nor the equipment to perform the URGENT CARE radiology needed. The NP Sharon listened intently, encouraged me and comforted me . The RN was as efficient kind and caring as well. I.always have had a positive experience. Thank you Cottage Urgent Care

      Each Cottage Urgent Care Center is staffed by a licensed nurse practitioner and patient concierge team members dedicated to assisting patients during their visit and ensuring an efficient and comfortable care environment. Our goal is complete care within 30 minutes. This Walk-In Clinic also has online appointments available. Cottage Urgent Cares are equipped with imaging equipment. X-ray services differ by location. Please call ahead for availability. If a patient has a more serious medical condition, they may be referred to a local Emergency Department for more appropriate care.
