A very BIG "THANK YOU" to both John and Jeff for being our Realtors, selling our home. We got the highest TOP dollar at the perfect timing, and had a very smooth closing. They were both a breath of fresh air, and went WAY "above and beyond to help out with our situation and get things accomplished quickly with the highest success. Loved the personable touch and they really do care for their clients. A very special Thank You and we would highly recommend them to everyone.

A realtor named Jaleh Belus that works for this company scheduled an appointment with me that I was admittedly late for, I then apologized and we agreed on a time we could meet an hour later. I showed up 20 mins earlier than I expected and she had already left the property. I called three times and she answered on the third, then explained to me that she was too busy talking on the phone to call me and inform me that she had decided to cancel our appointment. She showed no remorse and explained that I had been late initially, as if that somehow absolved her of her decision to spite me and leave me hanging. MY being late was a mistake, her leaving without contacting me was a vile and conscious choice. I would recommend specifically not doing business with this person, and most likely take a pass on any company that would think it was a good idea to associate with a person like this.

I needed help selling a second home located an hour away from my main residence and did not know any real estate professionals in the area. I asked a neighbor there for a recommendation and she quickly replied that Jeff Kenney was the best. No kidding! Jeff and his entire team were a blessing. He handled everything and in the end got top dollar for our property after spending only a fraction of what I thought would be necessary to prepare it for sale. Jeff knows the key to getting your home sold quickly and at the best price while at the same time showing amazing interest and concern for the buyer (win-win). No question, I would use him again!

It was a true pleasure working with the Kenney team throughout our entire home buying and selling process.
