When I first began the process of looking to purchase my first home, it was incredibly overwhelming and stressful -- and also extra stressful, as I was also helping my Mom make a house purchase of her own, too! From my first info call with Tawnya, I knew that I needed to move forward with her as my realtor, and I am so grateful that I did. Tawnya and Kevin were incredibly reliable for coordinating showings, super responsive on text, phone, and email, and so patient with both me and my Mom as we asked many questions, refined and refined and refined our search criterial along the way. They were so great at supporting us from offer letter, through close of escrow, and beyond! They took care of everything on the backend -- and we were both so grateful for their great knowledge of the market and community, the great network of resources and referrals they supplied us with, and just their authentic kindness and genuine desire to help find the perfect homes for us both.
