I met lindsey after an open house and she took the time to come see my condo. She was patient and supportive. She had all I needed on speed dial. She staged my condo in one day for an additional cost but it got us multiple offers after one open house. She coached me through the process even though Id been through it before as a buyer. I highly recommend Lindsey and her team. They were always accessible, extremely professional, honest, fair, and went above and beyond.

Lindsay was a pleasure to work with. I was just starting to explore if I wanted to buy a home or not and she was patient with me and helped me get excited about possibly purchasing but not pressured. I was interested in a house and she met me there and we talked about the possibility. She was very knowledgeable and REAL which meant a lot!! She also gave me a folder with info about the house and a buyer's guide. After reading the information I realized I wasn't ready to buy yet and that was so helpful!! I very much appreciated how she did not make me feel pressured but I actually felt excited with the possibilities! I truly appreciated her help and I was glad to come to this realization before I made a purchase. If/when I do decide to put down roots, Lindsay will be my first call! Thank you!!!

Lindsay was amazing in helping me sell my home of 18 years and buy my next home. I could not have done it without her. I was very overwhelmed at the thought of it but she helped me in so many ways in preparing to sell, staging, photos, marketing, she took care of all of it while reassuring me through the whole process. Her experience and expertise was such a valuable resource. She made the entire process so much easier than it would have been otherwise. Her teams and contacts were super helpful for various things that came up. She knows the markets very well and how to navigate negotiations. Lindsay helped us sell our home quickly and buy a home quickly, closed escrow on both without issue. We love our new place!
