Saturday afternoon at 3:00, my water heater was discovered leaking from the bottom with water running through the garage. Hurst was contacted and Ramon was here at 5:30 to assess the situation. He immediately went home to get his truck, picked up a new water heater and had it installed and secured by 8:30. He communicated about water shut off, water back on, walked me through what he had done with re-piping and securing, and told me what to expect with air in the pipes and timing for hot water. This service is AMAZING! Originally I was told the installation would likely happen tomorrow but Ramon took initiative to get it done tonight so I would have hot water. Excellent 5-star experience.

Came by for a service call through fidelity insurance. Told me to cut hole in the wall and take pictures. Useless company avoid at all cost. I'm still waiting for the follow up appointment. I have called and text with bo response. Go with American plumbing

Hi. They visited our home for three times for a running bathroom faucet. Fir technician spent 1 min and said I do not know this, I will call my boss (Todd). His boss came in, said "fixed" but nothing was fixed. Same rush to reach the next customer without fixing anything. We have scheduled another service, only for the +7 days. Todd came in, took a photo said did not have any idea, probably he should cut the wall as he suspected the valve had a problem. Two weeks, three visits no idea what was the problem. I questioned him on this and he replied me "I have two major, engineering and plumbing, so I am an intelligent man" !!!! I ignored Todd's intelligence and called Diamond Plumbing from Concord, CA. They came in in an hour, fix the problem, easier than kissing a girl, nicely, politely and 120 USD only. No parts were missing, or broken. They just seta plastic part on the valve that seems every plumber knows except Hurst's double major scientist. This is a company that I will not spend my second just because they do not have skills for it, no proper reporting and communication between the team and finally big lack of business ethics. I never received a proper service from company that works with an insurance company. Run and hide type of company. Just read the reply of Hurdt: totally misleading report of the facts. Call, pay and learn something from Diamond Olumber, if they accept you. They fix what you have wrote stories on in few min while you spend two weels, three services and you were thinking to demolish a wall to fix a faucet. Good luck, you really need it. My warranty company sent them for a broken pressure valve, Ramon came walked around for a few minutes and said he would be back after he got the part. Warranty company called and said they closed the service order because the Tech said nothing was wrong. Called another plumber and the valve is completely broken. My water pressure is at 105 psi and the city code allows 65 psi. It sound like a helicopter is landing in bathroom when the pipes rattle. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional lazy company that is only out to collect the warranty fee unless you willing to cough up a lot of cash for work done outside the warranty! So my pressure valve will be repaired but there is no way I would let Hurst plumbing back on my property! 10/23/20 Update, well judging by this owner's response he definitely trying to cover his backside. While I did call several times, I never threatened anyone. This owner is acting on faulty information from his employees. The tech opened only the exterior water faucet and nothing else. He never checked the psi, my husband was right there and offered to let him use his gage. I have reported this company to my warranty company requesting they investigate the dozens and dozens of negative reviews for Hurst Plumbing on Yelp, Google, and the better business bureau. The Tech told us the pressure valve was too old and he would never be able to get replacement part, my husband told him the warranty covers upgrading to the current code. The only reason my warranty company did not cover the issue is because Hurst told them there was nothing wrong with valve. But everything happens for a reason Advanced Plumbing fixed the issue and resolved quickly and professionally unlike Hurst Plumbing. And by the way their front desk person told me "why don't you fix it yourself then". Way to go for horrible customer service. Plain and simple I received horrible service and horrible customer service from this company and they will never be allowed back on my property and if you smart you will steer clear!!
