If I could give zero stars I would. Their customer service before we bought our items from the nursery was amazing! Needless to say after my items were planted one of my bower vines was not transitioning well after being planted. My husband reached out to Alono who sold us the vines a few times and Alono NEVER called or text back. So I started calling the nursery directly to let them know of our issue and to see if there was a way we could go about fixing this issue. All the times I called, the employee knew about my issue and stated that they did not have any bower vines on hand and to call back next week. The last time I called I spoke with Alex and he stated that once again no bower vines on hand and that when the nursery got a shipment of them in they would call us back so we could come in and pick one up. Welp, that was in August so I am assuming that we are still waiting on that shipment! I honestly got tired of calling to follow up on an issue that the employees all knew about and did not try to fix! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY PURCHASE!!

Seems like a pretty nursery but they are closed. So they aren't open until 6 pm.
