        Service was not good.while waiting to pick my prizes, two workers continued to chit chat while making eye contact with me. They got into a playful argument and she threw ice at him while we were waiting. When my child tried to get her prize that was displayed he told her they were out even though they were displayed and was incredibly rude when my 3 year old couldn't understand that and started to pout and not pick her prizes. When we asked about other prizes price he said I don't know and continued talking to coworker. Kid-friendliness: Lots of games to play.

        Didn't order any food. They have revamped the place, added new games and a small trampoline area, which is a separate charge from your Play Pass. Still reasonably priced though. It was a Monday afternoon, kids were still on break, it was clear that they were understaffed. The employees could have been overwhelmed, but they were all friendly regardless of the chaos.
