We used this company in 2017 and I gave them a five star rating.  I just tried to contact them recently for service and I experienced the same rudeness experienced by other reviewers. How unfortunate!

Mike is an extremely rude and arrogant individual. Does not take feedback well and starts getting very defensive. When I called to discuss debris left in the pool after their service, Mike concluded that I am blaming him and suggested that we do not use his company again. We've decided to take his advice. Good Luck to others.

They came out to fix the ropes that were broken on my existing cover. They were a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. Team was on time, super knowledgeable, very respectful, worked hard, and didn't try to oversell me on a new cover. I will need a new one in the not too distance future but they suggested I try to get a bit more life out of the one I have. I will definitely use them when I do need a new one!

I contacted Mike for a quote for a pool cover and he left a long rant on my answering machine calling me names and otherwise being rude. Fortunately there are other companies out there that are more considerate to customers. Avoid this loser.
