The owner and the workers were exceptional. They were on time and professional. The job consisted of removing engineered wood and carpeting then replacing it by laying vinyl planking. The result is a beautiful floor which looks like wood. They were meticulous through the removal, installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend this company. Services: Install flooring, Flooring

I made an appointment to have a representative from Brentwood Flooring & Home Remodeling to provide me and estimate for vinyl flooring  2 days in advance for my rental in Brentwood. I even contacted the gentleman a day in advance to confirm. On the day where we should meet, he never call me or show up as schedule. When I contacted the representative he just said that his worker is still working on another project. If I can give Brentwood Flooring no star, I would.

We had an appointment with these guys for an estimate. They were no call, no show. We waited all day. They did not return our calls. They could have easily told us that they had to reschedule. We were trying to give a local company business. Guess they didn't need our business. We will go elsewhere

Onofre 'the floor man' does quality work and has great prices.  I would have him do work for me.  He can be difficult to get ahold of, but he is worth it!
