The beauty tech Bella was SO helpful! I went in there looking for a new concealer and mascara. She really listened to my likes and wants and made several suggestions in and out of my price range. She led me through the store and did not rush me at all. I am SO pleased with my purchases. I will make sure and look for her help the next time I go.

I took my adult daughter here to get her hair done (I didn't have time to get an appointment with my normal hairdresser because my daughter was going back to college in Massachusetts). They did a suprise me in how good they were. It ending up costing $200 for a cut and blow dry, so it was not cheap. I will say this, though: I absolutely would not have purchased anything from the store. They only had a few cashiers and a line that was a joke. In fact, the stylist wanted us to buy products, and I refused because of the nightmare in the front of the store, so she got someone to ring us up in the back where the stylists were. If you are going there to buy products, go to Sephora; better yet, order from Sephora, it comes in a couple of days. This is the first time I had an interactions with the stylists and they seemed like they were busy and all very nice. This was not my first time trying to make a purchase in this store however and my comments regarding the awful customer service trying to check out has been consistently accurate so it wasn't due to the fact it was during the holiday season. I only went here this particular day because, again, at the last minute my daughter decided she wanted her hair cut before she left and it was better than going to Supetcuts.
