Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

This is the second time I have used Jackson Hewitt, and it may be the last time. I brought my returns to get done at the Walmart in Brea, CA, 92821. The person there was very difficult to understand, and seemed very frazzled. She did comment that was her first time preparing taxes. Later that day, I received a call, informing me they were done to please come in and sign. When I got there, there were too many people ahead of me, so she did not have time for me to complete the signing. She asked me to set up another appointment, which was not available till the following week. When I did go in for my appointment, she tells me they were not done and still required more attention. After three weeks, and my third appointment, I went in to sign, and now the system had froze on her, and she was unable to print my returns. She asked if I could come back in a few hours. When I did return, the system was still frozen and had to call her supervisors. Her other appointments were backing up on her. And I was waiting for the machine to print for an hour and 15 minutes. When she finally printed the returns, she tells me there was a fee of $279 for preparing the returns, when I gave them a coupon code 3 weeks prior which she then tells me they could not apply it anymore. I waited over three weeks to receive a measly return of less than $100. And I understand taxes have to be done, but next time Ill try some where else. Sorry
