Review of Chris Diaz My wife and I give Chris Diaz an A plus rating. We found Chris after months of frustration with another agent. Chris listened to our needs, then quickly found several properties that met our criteria. Within weeks, Chris found the perfect house for us, but it had received 10 offers in five days. Chris worked skillfully and diligently to fashion our offer in a manner that would appeal to the sellers. He then followed through in discussions with the sellers agent, through several counter-offers, to secure the property for us. He was a real lifesaver! Dwellit is an amazing company that helped me and my family keep my grandmother's home. I had the pleasure working with Chris Diaz. He was kind and matter of fact with the information he knew, received, and shred with me. He helped me refinance my grandmother's reverse mortgage loan so I could pay it off and keep the home in the family name. He was patient and understanding when personal issues came up. He was always rooting for us and worked diligently in getting me and my family the best possible deal. He communicated via email, phone calls, and my personal favorite text messages. In couple of words. Chris is very professional in his work and helped with every tricky situation and question. But most important thing is personality. He acts like a family member as he would do for himself. In short he is a good guy.
