The lady Laura Precario is awful. She's holding onto my deposit and keeps sending me fake tracking numbers. She sent me a fake address to address and written concerns. I'll be taking her to court and suing for my deposit and lawyers fees I will accrue due to her unlawfully holding my deposit.

I RECOMMEND THAT YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH HER AND HER TROLLS! THEIR RENTAL CONTRACT STATES 30 DAYS FOR YOUR DEPOSIT REFUND, WE DIDN'T GET OURS TILL 60 DAYS LATER AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY PLACED A STOP PAYMENT ON THE CHECK. I HAD TO DRIVE TO THEIR LOCATION TO PICK UP A CASHIERS CHECK. WE ARE NOW TAKING THEM TO COURT DUE TO THEM BEING THIEF'S AND OVER BILLING US ON OUR MOVE OUT. WE LEFT THE PROPERTY SPOTLESS AND IN GREAT CONDITION. WE WENT FROM $2275.00 DEPOSIT TO THEM ONLY REFUNDING $1250.00! STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM! WE HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BURROW AND SUING THEM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT! THIS IS THE HASSLE YOU WILL ULTIMATELY HAVE TO GO THRU WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. I WILL ADD THAT THEY ALSO GIVE STRANGERS YOUR HOME ADDRESS AND YOU WILL FIND THEM SHOWING UP TO YOUR HOME LOOKING FOR THEIR DEPOSIT!

Laura Preciado and her brokerage AE Real Estate is defrauding many buyers including my own. She is currently under investigation with the CA Dept of Real Estate as well as the District Attorney's Office. The DRE has provided a public online report of the audit they performed indicating a real estate scam that she continues. She also has an open Grand Theft case with many counts against her with the Orange County Superior Court. This is all public knowledge so please look her up. Do NOT wire or send this company or any company associated with Laura Preciado any money as you won't get it back. Please also see Yelp of more of her victims reviews. This will come to an end sooner than later once the investigation has been completed. I would like to protect as many real estate buyers as possible!
